This net is professionally made. With a 60m net you need all the components to be reliable including the net floats and knots.

Just a real pity about the service levels that came with it. You run a customer service driven business and I found the man rude, and abrupt and unfriendly on the phone. I have given you feed back that the website classification system is confusing for customers (presumably uploaded directly from your wholesale supplier), and there has been no follow up or apology and no follow up phone calls when the credit card didn't go through. So sad because I intentionally chose a NZ company rather than buying offshore.

Pleased with this net - service was great too received within a couple of days, was hoping to have it before the weekend but not holding out much hope, it arrived Friday morning - thanks guys
